Complaints Procedure
As a parent too, I fully appreciate the need to discuss any concerns regarding your children while they are in my care. I will always welcome any suggestions you may have and I will also take your concerns very seriously.
Should you feel you need to discuss any concern with me, we can arrange a mutually convenient time to meet without the children present.
Should I have any concerns regarding your child, I too will bring it to your attention and discuss it in a mature manner.
Hopefully, this will resolve the matter and achieve a satisfactory outcome. If not, you can contact our local OFSTED who are responsible for the registration of childminders and ensuring that they adhere to the appropriate regulations.
