Diet
All meals, snacks and drinks provided will be nutritious. I always try to avoid large quantities of fat, sugar, salt, additives, preservatives and colourings.
I will always respect a child's personal and medical dietary requirements. My menus are planned in advance (which you are welcome to discuss) and the food served is always fresh, wholesome and balanced.
Multi-cultural diets are offered whenever possible. I like to ensure that children from all backgrounds encounter familiar tastes and that they also have the opportunity to try unfamiliar foods.
Fresh drinking water is available at all times.
The dietary rules of religious groups, vegetarians / vegans are known and met in appropriate ways. I will always welcome your input though.
When milk is provided for the children, it will be full fat unless otherwise agreed.
