Home Risk Assessment
Entrance Hall: The front door is equipped with a childproof latch. There are no exposed electrical cables and all electrical sockets are covered. The adjoining door glass has been treated with anti-shatter film.
Dining room: All internal doors are treated with anti-shatter film. There are no exposed electrical cables and all electrical sockets are covered. Hot drinks are not left within children's reach at any time.
Living room:
Sockets are covered. Radiators are thermostatically controlled. No reachable wires.
No hot drinks etc. left in childrens reach.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is hygienically clean. Fire blanket. Fire extinguisher. First aid kit. Sockets are covered. No low alcohol or cleaning substances. No accessible medicines or dangerous equipment. All drawers with knives or other dangerous equipment have safety catches on them.
Bathroom:
Radiator is thermostatically controlled. Toiletries and cleaning fluids are kept out of reach.
Upstairs Landing:
Stairgate at the top of the stairs. Smoke alarm. Sockets are covered. We live in a clean and friendly environment, the carpets are vacuumed frequently during the day and cleaned on a regular basis, the kitchen and the bathroom have a tiled floor. Both are hygienically cleaned daily.
We are a non smoking household and smoking is not permitted in any part of the house.
